Sprinkler Plus has repaired residential and commercial sprinkler and irrigation systems across Benton and Franklin Counties since 2015. Whether a head snapped off in the mower's path, a zone stopped firing, or your water bill quietly doubled from an underground leak, our technicians diagnose the whole system — not just the symptom — and quote the fix before any work begins.
Common Sprinkler Problems We Fix
Broken Sprinkler Heads
Snapped risers, cracked bodies, clogged or mismatched nozzles. We replace with matched heads so coverage stays even.
Common signs: A head sprays sideways, geysers, or never pops up while the rest of the zone runs.
Leaking Pipes & Mainlines
We locate the lateral or mainline break, dig it out, and solvent-weld a permanent repair.
Common signs: A soggy spot or sinkhole that never dries, or a water bill that suddenly doubled.
Low Water Pressure
We test pressure and flow to separate a hidden leak from a failing backflow assembly, a partly closed valve, or too many heads on one zone.
Common signs: Heads barely lift and spray falls short of where it used to reach.
Broken Valves
We rebuild or replace solenoids, diaphragms and full manifolds.
Common signs: A zone weeps or runs nonstop even with the controller off, or the valve box chatters.
Controller & Timer Problems
Dead displays, lost programs, failed transformers, blown fuses, faulty wiring and rain-sensor faults — plus reprogramming for Tri-Cities watering needs.
Common signs: The screen is blank, the schedule keeps resetting, or nothing runs automatically.
Zones Not Turning On
Usually a wiring break, bad solenoid, or controller output failure. We trace wires and test each station individually.
Common signs: One zone stays completely dry while every other zone works normally.
Uneven Watering & Dry Spots
We adjust arcs, radius and nozzle sizing for uniform coverage across the whole lawn.
Common signs: Brown patches, misting instead of droplets, or overspray soaking the driveway.
How We Diagnose Your Sprinkler Problem
1We run every zone from the controller and watch each head operate.
2Pressure and flow are checked at the backflow assembly and at problem zones.
3Suspected wiring faults are traced with a meter from the controller to the valve.
4Valve boxes and manifolds are opened and inspected for weeping and cracked fittings.
5Suspected underground leaks are narrowed down by saturation, flow drop and sound before we dig.
6You get a written diagnosis plus an upfront price for the repair before we start.

Yes. Repairs carry a 1-year warranty unless otherwise noted, and warranty claims get a 48-hour repair turnaround from the time we're notified.
